I knew I wanted a small wedding/elopement but couldn’t decide where or when. After I saw her work in Big Sur I was hooked. Her location guides and attention to detail further solidified my decision to book with her as I saw the care and attention she puts into her profession. As a type A bride looking to plan the day, I felt a lot of overwhelm in getting all the little details right. After my first client call with Carrie, all of that stress went away. Not only was she beyond talented and knowledgeable, she was kind beyond measure. We bonded over our mutual love of our cats and all things outdoors and built a friendship leading up to our wedding day, which I think made all the difference. This was the first time my husband and I took professional pictures together so there were some nerves, but it felt so natural with Carrie.
